I obtained my operating licence in 2020. My aim is to prevent multiple risks of contamination and infection and to ensure that the product served is safe.
Leave the house without any health contamination.
After carrying out a risk analysis, I have set up a cleaning protocol for the house and the pool according to the recommandations of the ARS, which I follow with follow-up sheets. A 6-hour decontamination period between two clients is necessary to avoid too many chemical additives that could be allergenic.
Measures put in place to avoid any risk linked to fires.
Maintenance and monitoring of all equipment is carried out regularly. The use of fire (barbecue, weeding with a burner) is carried out in an area without fire risk. Fire extinguishers are at your disposal. The house is equipped with functional fire detectors.
Risks related to local weather phenomena.
The village of Saint-Bernard is particularly hot and sunny in the summer and has regular thunderstorms in the hot season. Fog is common in winter. An information database on weather-related recommendations is currently being created. In the meantime, the INPES website provides information and precautions to take in the event of hot weather ou cold weather. The fire brigade site gives you the precautions to take in the event of a storm. The insurance prevention site gives you the precautions to take in case of fog.
The fight against malicious acts and security.
The village of Saint-Bernard has a low population density. The house is far from the town centre, but it is not isolated. There is little security risk. In addition, the village has set up a video surveillance system for the streets and a functional vigilant neighbour system. The Bonheur house is in an enclosed and automatically closed area. The rooms are equipped with 5-point locks. Any incivility related to the bad behaviour of a client is reported to the gendarmerie immediately as well as to the reservation centre. A guest who has behaved in an uncivil manner is not allowed to return to the establishment.
